共沉淀法制備M型鋇鐵氧體及性能研究

【摘要】:本文主要采用共沉淀法研制出了純度高、粒徑小、分散均勻的六角M型鋇鐵氧體。探究了用共沉淀法制備M型鋇鐵氧體的工藝條件;并考察了不同分散劑(三乙胺和聚乙二醇-800)對產物的影響;考慮到稀土元素具有優(yōu)良的光、電、磁性能,選取了La3+和Ce4+/Co2+對M型鋇鐵氧體進行摻雜,考察不同摻雜離子的摻雜量對產品物相、形貌和性能等方面的影響以及變化規(guī)律。 共沉淀法制備M型鋇鐵氧體的工藝條件主要探索了沉淀劑、試劑滴加方式、共沉淀pH值、共沉淀前驅體煅燒溫度和煅燒時間。通過XRD分析結果顯示,采用Na2CO3和NaOH作為沉淀劑,并使用反滴的方式得到的產物純凈度更高,雜相少。當共沉淀前驅體的煅燒溫度為850℃,煅燒時間在1h以上,得到的產物沒有雜相。 IR和BET分析結果顯示,分散劑的引入在共沉淀前驅體中形成了多孔結構,反復的用水和乙醇清洗不能完全除去前驅體中的分散劑。通過850℃煅燒后,分散劑完全被除去,但是產品孔洞坍塌較為嚴重,比表面積減小。產物的密度分析發(fā)現(xiàn),添加聚乙二醇的效果較好,產物密度隨分散劑的用量增加而下降。 BaFe12O19的La3+和Ce4+/Co2+摻雜研究發(fā)現(xiàn),La3+摻雜含量在研究范圍內對產物物相沒有影響;Ce4+/Co2+摻雜量增大到一定程度后(x=0.3)產物開始出現(xiàn)雜相Ce02。離子摻雜對產品的形貌影響不大,所得樣品均是六角片狀結構,與BaFe12O19的結構相符合。 產品的磁性表征顯示,離子摻雜對鋇鐵氧體的飽和磁化強度和剩余磁化強度有較大的影響,隨著摻雜離子摻雜量的增多,飽和磁化強度和剩余磁化強度均呈下降趨勢;產品的矯頑力受Ce4+/Co2+摻雜的濃度影響較大,隨著摻雜量的增多顯著下降;摻雜La3+的樣品的矯頑力下降不是很明顯,這與離子取代BaFe12O19晶格中不同位點的Fe3+離子有關。因此,通過對產品進行適當?shù)碾x子摻雜,可以調整BaFe12O19的磁性參數(shù),制備所需要的產品。
[Abstract]:In this paper, hexagonal M-type barium ferrite with high purity, small particle size and uniform dispersion was prepared by coprecipitation method. The preparation conditions of M-type barium ferrite by coprecipitation were investigated, and the effects of different dispersants (triethylamine and polyethylene glycol -800) on the product were investigated, considering the excellent optical, electrical and magnetic properties of rare earth elements. M-type barium ferrite was doped by La3 and Ce4 / Co _ 2. The effects of doping amount of doping ions on the phase, morphology and properties of the product were investigated.
