【摘要】：法制教育作為一種意識形態(tài)方面的教育,對于形成良好的社會環(huán)境、建設(shè)精神文明和實現(xiàn)依法治國方略有著重要的作用。同時,法制教育又作為學(xué)校德育的重要內(nèi)容,旨在使青少年具有豐富的法律知識,遵守國家法律、法規(guī),運(yùn)用法律武器維護(hù)自己的合法權(quán)益,提高學(xué)生的法律素質(zhì)。中學(xué)生屬于青少年群體,正處于人生觀、價值觀、世界觀逐步形成的時期,因而有必要對他們加以正確的教育與引導(dǎo),幫助他們樹立正確的“三觀”,從小養(yǎng)成遵紀(jì)守法的好習(xí)慣。同時,從教育的基本規(guī)律來看,初中生是法制教育最好的教育對象；從實際效果來看,初中生法制教育用最小的投入取得更好的效果。所以,初中生法制教育是建設(shè)法治國家的重要一個環(huán)節(jié),應(yīng)該成為普法教育的重中之重。論文是建立在調(diào)查呼和浩特市幾所中學(xué)在校初中生法制教育現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,指出現(xiàn)在初中生法制教育現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,從而提出對策和建議。
[Abstract]:As an ideological education, legal education plays an important role in forming a good social environment, building spiritual civilization and realizing the strategy of governing the country according to law. At the same time, as an important content of moral education in schools, legal education aims to make teenagers have rich legal knowledge, abide by national laws and regulations, use legal weapons to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and improve students' legal quality. Middle school students belong to the youth group and are in a period of gradual formation of their outlook on life, values and world outlook. Therefore, it is necessary to give them correct education and guidance to help them set up the correct "three views." Develop a good habit of obeying the law from an early age. At the same time, from the basic law of education, junior high school students are the best object of legal education, and from the practical effect, the legal education of junior high school students with the smallest input to achieve better results. Therefore, the legal education of junior high school students is an important link in the construction of a country ruled by law, and should become the most important part of legal education. Based on the investigation of the present situation of legal education of junior middle school students in Hohhot, this paper points out the present situation and problems of legal education of junior high school students, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
