機械球磨共聚絡合劑法制備Zn-Ni雙金屬催化劑催化環(huán)氧丙烷和鄰苯二甲酸酐共聚(英文)

【摘要】:機械球磨法是一種快速且環(huán)境友好,具有巨大潛力的無溶劑合成雙金屬氰化物催化劑(DMC)的合成方法。通過共聚絡合劑輔助機械球磨法成功制備出了Zn-Ni雙金屬催化劑,經(jīng)元素分析和紅外光譜結果顯示雙金屬催化劑中摻入了各種共聚絡合劑;掃描電鏡表明,由此產(chǎn)生的雙金屬催化劑是納米級的。雙金屬催化劑在無溶劑、反應時間為6h、反應溫度為110℃的條件下可高效催化環(huán)氧丙烷(PO)與鄰苯二甲酸酐(PA)的開環(huán)聚合,在共聚反應中,催化劑顯示相對較高的活性,以高產(chǎn)率得到高分子量和窄分子量分布的聚酯(PO-co-PA)。
[Abstract]:Mechanical ball milling is a rapid and environmentally friendly method for the synthesis of bimetallic cyanide catalysts (DMC) without solvent. Zn-Ni bimetallic catalyst was successfully prepared by mechanical milling assisted by copolymerization complexing agent. The elemental analysis and infrared spectrum showed that various kinds of copolymerization complexing agents were mixed in the bimetallic catalyst. The resulting bimetallic catalyst is nano-sized. Bimetallic catalysts can efficiently catalyze the ring-opening polymerization of propylene oxide (PO) and phthalic anhydride (PA) under the conditions of solvent free, reaction time 6 h and reaction temperature 110 鈩,
