等離子噴焊法制備塑料模具強(qiáng)化層試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:通過等離子一步噴焊技術(shù)在塑料模材料45鋼表面,分別以stellite6粉末、stellite6與SiC比為7:3的粉末制備強(qiáng)化層。對(duì)強(qiáng)化層的顯微組織、顯微硬度和熱物性進(jìn)行測試分析。結(jié)果表明:stellite6/SiC合金粉末的覆層性能最好,顯微硬度可達(dá)1000 HV以上,并且具有良好的熱物性。
[Abstract]:The strengthening layer was prepared on the surface of plastic mould material 45 steel with Stellite6 powder, Stellite6 and SiC ratio of 7:3, respectively. The microstructure, microhardness and thermal properties of the reinforced layer were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the coating properties of the stellite6/SiC alloy powder were the best and the microhardness could reach more than 1000 HV. And it has good thermal properties.
