【摘要】：建國60多年來,特別是改革開放30多年來,我國民主政治建設(shè)發(fā)展到今天,可以說是取得了歷史性進步,特別是在民主選舉、民主決策、民主管理、民主監(jiān)督、依法治國等方面取得的成就,舉世矚目。其中有很多經(jīng)驗需要我們不斷深入學(xué)習(xí)、研究和總結(jié)。首先發(fā)展社會主義民主政治是我黨始終不渝的奮斗目標(biāo)。主要從人民民主是社會主義的價值目標(biāo)切入分析,指出社會主義之所以要發(fā)展人民民主,其根本目的就是為了實現(xiàn)人民的民主權(quán)利,實現(xiàn)人民的當(dāng)家作主。其次新時期深化中國特色民主政治建設(shè)要處理好,民主政治建設(shè)與黨的建設(shè)的關(guān)系；民主政治建設(shè)與經(jīng)濟建設(shè)的關(guān)系；民主政治建設(shè)與政府建設(shè)的關(guān)系；民主政治建設(shè)與法治的關(guān)系最后新時期中國特色民主政治建設(shè)路徑探索。重點研究探討的路徑是：把不斷完善人民代表大會制度作為民主政治建設(shè)根本路徑：把健全人民政治協(xié)商制度作為推進民主政治建設(shè)重要內(nèi)容；把推進黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)作為民主政治建設(shè)的核心；把深化基層民主政治建設(shè)作為建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the more than 60 years since the founding of the people's Republic of China, especially in the more than 30 years of reform and opening up, the construction of democratic politics in China has developed to this day, which can be said to have made historic progress, especially in democratic elections, democratic decision-making, democratic management, and democratic supervision. The achievements made in governing the country according to law have attracted worldwide attention. There are many experiences we need to continue to learn, research and summary. First of all, the development of socialist democratic politics is our party's unswerving goal. This paper analyzes mainly that people's democracy is the value goal of socialism, and points out that the basic purpose of socialism to develop people's democracy is to realize the people's democratic right and to realize the people's being the master of their own country. Secondly, in order to deepen the construction of democratic politics with Chinese characteristics in the new period, we should deal well with the relationship between democratic political construction and party building, between democratic political construction and economic construction, between democratic political construction and government construction, and between democratic political construction and government construction. The relationship between the Construction of Democratic Politics and the Rule of Law the path of the construction of democratic politics with Chinese characteristics in the new period is explored. The main approaches are as follows: the continuous improvement of the people's Congress system is regarded as the fundamental path for the construction of democratic politics, and the perfection of the people's political consultation system is regarded as the important content of promoting the democratic political construction; The core of democratic political construction is to promote the construction of democracy within the Party, and the foundation of construction is to deepen the construction of democratic politics at the grass-roots level.
