【摘要】：正中共中央決定2016年在全體黨員中開展"學黨章黨規(guī)、學系列講話,做合格黨員"學習教育(即"兩學一做"學習教育),強調(diào)要做講政治、有信念,講規(guī)矩、有紀律,講道德、有品行,講奉獻、有作為的合格黨員。筆者理解,一個黨員是否合格,應看其是否達到了黨員標準。民主革命時期,中共的入黨條件和黨員標準有一個發(fā)展演變的過程,對這個過程進行簡要的回顧與梳理,或許有助于我們深化對
[Abstract]:The CPC Central Committee has decided to carry out in 2016 among all party members "learning party constitution and party rules, learning a series of speeches, being qualified party members" to study education (that is, "two schools and one doing" study education), stressing the importance of stressing politics, faith, discipline, discipline and morality. Qualified Party members with character, dedication and performance. The author understands, whether a party member is qualified, should see whether it has reached the party member standard. During the period of the democratic revolution, the conditions for joining the Communist Party and the criteria for membership of the CPC had a process of development and evolution. A brief review of this process may help us deepen our understanding of the situation.
