懸浮聚合法制備含松香GMA酯的聚合物微球

【摘要】:以松香與甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯(GMA)的酯化物(RG)、苯乙烯(St)為單體,二乙烯基苯(DVB)為交聯(lián)劑,采用懸浮聚合法制備了含松香GMA酯的聚合物微球,研究了單體配比、交聯(lián)劑用量、反應(yīng)溫度對(duì)微球性能的影響。利用紅外光譜、熱重分析、光學(xué)顯微鏡和掃描電鏡對(duì)微球進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:成功制備了含松香GMA酯的聚合物微球,制備微球的優(yōu)化條件為:mRG∶mSt∶mDVB=1.42∶1∶0.51,反應(yīng)溫度85℃下反應(yīng)3 h,90℃下熟化2 h,在此條件下制備的微球球形良好,分散性及剛性較好。隨著RG用量或DVB用量增加,微球平均粒徑增大,而粒徑分布變小;加入松香GMA酯化物后,微球的熱穩(wěn)定性有所下降。
[Abstract]:Using rosin and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) as ester (RG), styrene (St) as monomer and divinylbenzene (DVB) as crosslinking agent, polymer microspheres containing rosin GMA ester were prepared by suspension polymerization. The effect of reaction temperature on the properties of microspheres. The microspheres were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the polymer microspheres containing rosin GMA ester were successfully prepared.
