溶膠-凝膠法制備高鋯含量PLZST反鐵電陶瓷粉體

【摘要】:以三水合乙酸鉛(Pb(CH_3COO)_2·3H_2O)、乙酸鑭(La(CH_3COO)_3)、乙酸錫(Sn(CH_3COO)_4)、乙酸鋯(Zr(CH_3COO)_4)、鈦酸丁酯(C_(16)H_(36)O_4Ti)為原料,采用改進(jìn)的溶膠-凝膠(sol-gel)工藝制備(Pb_(0.97)La_(0.02))(Zr_(0.95)Sn_(0.01)Ti_(0.04))O_3(簡稱PLZST)反鐵電陶瓷粉。采用DSC-TGA差熱分析研究PLZST干凝膠的分解性能,用XRD和SEM對不同溫度煅燒的PLZST陶瓷粉進(jìn)行表征,分析煅燒溫度對產(chǎn)物的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,PLZST干凝膠在550℃以上達(dá)到完全分解;干凝膠粉體在850℃煅燒2h,可生成較純鈣鈦礦相的高鋯含量PLZST陶瓷粉體,粉體顆粒呈球形,平均晶粒約為200nm。
[Abstract]:With three hydration of lead acetate (Pb (CH_3COO) _2. 3H_2O), lanthanum acetate (La (CH_3COO) _3), tin acetate (Sn (CH_3COO) _4), zirconium acetate (Zr (CH_3COO)), and butyl titanate (36) as raw material, the modified sol gel process (0.97) (0.95) (0.01) (0.04) was used as the antiferroelectric ceramic powder. The decomposition performance of PLZST dry gel was studied by DSC-TGA differential thermal analysis. The PLZST ceramic powder calcined at different temperatures was characterized by XRD and SEM, and the effect of calcining temperature on the product was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the PLZST dry gel was completely decomposed at 550 degrees C, and the dry gel powder calcined at 850 C 2H, which could produce a higher zirconium content PL than the pure perovskite phase. The ZST ceramic powders are spherical and the average grain size is about 200nm..
