全氫聚硅氮烷衍生法制備耐高溫抗氧化SiON涂層

【摘要】:以全氫聚硅氮烷為原料,經(jīng)加熱固化在金屬表面制備得到致密均勻、厚度為2μm左右的SiON涂層。研究了全氫聚硅氮烷的固化過程,發(fā)現(xiàn)隨固化溫度升高,水解氧化反應(yīng)程度提高,隨之結(jié)構(gòu)中Si—N、Si—H及N—H強度下降,Si—O強度升高。所得到的涂層硬度達(dá)到9H以上,與金屬基材之間結(jié)合良好,附著力0級。隨固化溫度升高,涂層表面潤濕性能也隨之變化,400℃固化得到的涂層表現(xiàn)為親水性。SiON涂層具備較好的防腐蝕性能和耐高溫抗氧化性能,對金屬基材具有良好的保護作用,且隨著固化溫度升高,防腐蝕性能和耐高溫性能隨之增強。
[Abstract]:Sion coatings with thickness of about 2 渭 m were prepared by heating and solidifying on metal surface using polysiloxane as raw material. The curing process of total hydropolysilylazane was studied. It was found that with the increase of curing temperature, the degree of hydrolysis and oxidation increased, and the strength of Si-Ne Si-H and N-H decreased and the strength of Si-O increased with the increase of curing temperature. The hardness of the coating is more than 9 H, and the adhesion between the coating and the metal substrate is good.
