【摘要】：發(fā)展農(nóng)村基層民主,保證廣大農(nóng)村公民能夠行使民主權利是社會主義民主政治建設的基礎性工作之一。有效執(zhí)行農(nóng)村基層民主制度是農(nóng)村基層民主得以發(fā)展的前提和保證。一些農(nóng)村家族勢力為了實現(xiàn)自身的利益而極力干擾我國農(nóng)村基層民主制度的有效執(zhí)行。因此,研究家族勢力的問題并探索有效應對農(nóng)村家族勢力對農(nóng)村基層民主制度執(zhí)行負影響的對策是本文的意義所在。 本文采用文獻分析法、結構—功能法和走訪調查法進行了研究。論文首先對家族勢力的概念及特點進行了界定；繼而對與農(nóng)村基層民主制度執(zhí)行相關的自治民主理論和參與民主理論進行了概述和分析；然后對家族勢力影響農(nóng)村基層民主制度執(zhí)行所采取的途徑和手段及原因進行了歸納；最后,本文提出了應對家族勢力對農(nóng)村基層民主制度執(zhí)行負影響的對策。 農(nóng)村家族勢力的問題由來已久,應對其對農(nóng)村基層民主制度執(zhí)行的負影響不能一蹴而就。應對家族勢力負影響的關鍵是對策須適用,本文在應對對策方面的研究較以往學者有所創(chuàng)新,望能對解決家族勢力的負影響有所幫助,并對以后學者們進一步研究有所參考價值。
[Abstract]:It is one of the basic tasks for the construction of socialist democratic politics to develop democracy at the grass-roots level in rural areas and ensure that the citizens of the rural areas can exercise their democratic rights. The effective implementation of rural grassroots democracy is the prerequisite and guarantee for the development of democracy at the grass-roots level in rural areas. The effective implementation of the democratic system at the grass-roots level. Therefore, it is the significance of this article to study the problem of family forces and explore the countermeasures to effectively deal with the negative impact of rural family forces on the rural grassroots democracy.
This paper uses the method of literature analysis, the structure function method and the visiting investigation method. First, the thesis defines the concept and characteristics of family forces, and then summarizes and analyzes the autonomous democratic theory and the democratic theory related to the implementation of the rural grass-roots democratic system, and then affects the family forces in the rural grass-roots level. The ways and means and reasons for the implementation of the democratic system are summarized. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the negative influence of family forces on the grass-roots democratic system in rural areas.
The problem of the rural family forces has a long history, and the negative impact on the implementation of the rural grassroots democratic system can not be achieved overnight. The key to the negative impact of family forces is to apply the countermeasures. The research on countermeasures is more innovative than the previous scholars, hoping to help to solve the negative influence of family forces and to learn later. The further research is of reference value.
