【摘要】：新四軍抗戰(zhàn)是共產(chǎn)黨領導的新民主主義革命的重要組成部分,與八路軍形成南北呼應,為抗日戰(zhàn)爭的勝利做出了巨大的貢獻。新四軍自其成立之日起便受到國民黨頑固派的限制,為擺脫此種困境,并支援抗戰(zhàn),新四軍貫徹中共中央“向北發(fā)展”的方針,借道揚中,順利渡江,在蘇北橋頭堡江都建立蘇中第一個抗日民主政府。面對此時江都日偽、頑、中間派三足鼎立的環(huán)境,新四軍在惠浴宇等領導干部的帶領下出謀劃策,共同保衛(wèi)郭村、穩(wěn)定中間派、擴大根據(jù)地,實現(xiàn)了新四軍在蘇北根據(jù)地政治地位的不斷提升,并在此基礎上,開展各項建設。一方面健全了江都地區(qū)黨政建設,奠定了日后江都地方黨政機關的基礎并提供借鑒,另一方面保證了江都地區(qū)群眾的生命財產(chǎn)安全,發(fā)展了江都地方經(jīng)濟起到支援周邊及前線抗戰(zhàn)的作用。本文以時間為線索,以新四軍在江都地區(qū)的活動為主線,將全文分為三章。第一章分為三節(jié),從微觀角度具體分析了抗日戰(zhàn)爭大背景下,江都地區(qū)及其周邊的政治環(huán)境,為新四軍今后在江都地區(qū)的發(fā)展進行鋪墊,并介紹新四軍到達江都后通過郭村保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)實現(xiàn)了政治地位的上升,建立江都縣抗日民主政府,開展各項抗戰(zhàn)活動;第二章分為三節(jié),是論文的重點部分,主要介紹新四軍主力東進后,留下的部隊及后來再進江都的領導機關在江都地區(qū)進行的黨政建設包括黨員干部的自我凈化、“三三制”民主政權的健全、基層政權的改造、精兵簡政的開展及深入、“三冬”運動的全面開展及社會建設包括經(jīng)濟、文教、軍隊、基礎設施方面的建設,為江都地區(qū)的發(fā)展及前線抗戰(zhàn)做出了巨大的貢獻;最后一章分為三節(jié),是論文的升華部分,以抗戰(zhàn)時期新四軍在江都地區(qū)民主建設經(jīng)驗為基礎,結合當下江都建設的發(fā)展得到的啟示。
[Abstract]:The New fourth Army's War of Resistance is an important part of the new democratic revolution led by the Communist Party. It echoed the eighth Route Army and made a great contribution to the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan. Since its founding, the New fourth Army has been restricted by the die-hards of the Kuomintang. In order to extricate itself from this predicament and to support the War of Resistance, the New fourth Army carried out the policy of "northward development" of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and successfully crossed the river through Yangzhong. The first anti-Japanese democratic government was established in Jiangdu, a bridgehead in northern Jiangsu. In the face of the current environment in which Jiangdu was a bogus, stubborn, and centrist faction, the New fourth Army, under the leadership of Huiyayu and other leading cadres, worked together to defend Guo Cun, stabilize the middle, and expand its base area. Realized the New fourth Army in the North Jiangsu base area political status, and on this basis, carries out each construction. On the one hand, it has improved the party and government construction in the Jiangdu region, laid the foundation of the local party and government organs in Jiangdu in the future and provided reference for reference; on the other hand, it has ensured the safety of the lives and property of the people in the Jiangdu region. The development of the Jiangdu local economy played a role in supporting the peripheral and frontline resistance. Based on the clue of time and the activities of the New fourth Army in Jiangdu area, this paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is divided into three sections. Under the background of the War of Resistance against Japan, the political environment of Jiangdu area and its surrounding area is analyzed in detail from the micro angle, which will pave the way for the development of the New fourth Army in Jiangdu area in the future. After the New fourth Army arrived at Jiangdu, it realized the rise of political status through the Guocun Defense War, established the Jiangdu County Anti-Japanese Democratic Government and carried out various anti-Japanese war activities. Chapter two is divided into three sections, which is the key part of the thesis. This paper mainly introduces the party and government construction in Jiangdu area carried out by the troops left behind after the main force of the New fourth Army moved eastward, and the party and government construction carried out by the leading organs of the Jiangdu City later, including the self-purification of party members and cadres, the perfection of the democratic regime of the "three or three systems", and the reform of the grassroots political power. With the development and deepening of the "three Winter" movement and the construction of society including economy, culture and education, the army and infrastructure, it has made great contributions to the development of Jiangdu area and the war of resistance in the front line. The last chapter is divided into three sections, which is the sublimation part of the thesis, which is based on the experience of the New fourth Army in the construction of democracy in Jiangdu area during the Anti-Japanese War.
