【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,我國(guó)出現(xiàn)越來越多的個(gè)人信息遭侵害現(xiàn)象。信息權(quán)屬和信息交易屬于民事關(guān)系,屬于傳統(tǒng)私法領(lǐng)域的范疇,但面對(duì)日益增多的個(gè)人信息侵害案例,我國(guó)卻沒有從統(tǒng)一的私法保護(hù)上來保護(hù)公民的個(gè)人信息。為此,面對(duì)新的發(fā)展形勢(shì),要保護(hù)公民的合法權(quán)益,我國(guó)需要對(duì)個(gè)人信息進(jìn)行私法保護(hù)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and technology, more and more personal information has been violated. Information ownership and information transaction belong to civil relations and belong to the field of traditional private law. However, in the face of more and more cases of personal information infringement, our country does not protect citizens' personal information from the protection of unified private law. Therefore, in the face of the new development situation, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, our country needs to carry on the private law protection construction to the personal information.
