【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)商民主研究可以從三個(gè)維度展開。從定位來看,網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)商民主作為一項(xiàng)適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)發(fā)展要求的實(shí)踐探索,既是協(xié)商民主的重要組成部分,也是嵌入了網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情合理性表達(dá)的獨(dú)立系統(tǒng)。從經(jīng)驗(yàn)歸納的角度來看,中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)商民主在實(shí)踐中表現(xiàn)出的創(chuàng)造性和多樣性,正是協(xié)商民主廣泛多層制度化建設(shè)的具體體現(xiàn)。從機(jī)制建構(gòu)的角度來看,根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)商民主工作機(jī)制與網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情合理性表達(dá)機(jī)制在運(yùn)行環(huán)節(jié)上的對(duì)應(yīng)性和互動(dòng)關(guān)系,我們可以構(gòu)建理想的工作流程和工作模式,用于指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:The research of network negotiation democracy can be carried out from three dimensions. As a practical exploration to meet the needs of the development of network society, network negotiation democracy is not only an important part of negotiation democracy, but also an independent system embedded in the rational expression of network public opinion. From the point of view of experience induction, the creativity and diversity of China's network negotiation democracy in practice is the concrete embodiment of the extensive and multi-layer institutionalization construction of consultative democracy. From the point of view of mechanism construction, according to the correspondence and interaction between the democratic working mechanism of network negotiation and the rational expression mechanism of network public opinion, we can construct an ideal work flow and work model for guiding practice.
