氯化鋅法制備山核桃殼-玉米秸稈混合基活性炭

【摘要】:以玉米秸稈和山核桃殼為原料,采用氯化鋅法制備混合基生物質(zhì)活性炭?疾炝藘煞N生物質(zhì)材料的配比、氯化鋅用量、活化溫度和活化時間對活性炭性能的影響,確定其最佳制備條件為:玉米秸稈與山核桃殼質(zhì)量比為3∶7;氯化鋅用量為25 g(每10 g生物質(zhì));活化溫度為700℃;活化時間為1 h。上述條件制備的活性炭碘值為1 079.72 mg·g~(-1),亞甲基藍(lán)值為208.54 mg·g~(-1),達(dá)到了國家優(yōu)質(zhì)活性炭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。其比表面積BET為1 269.33 m2·g~(-1),孔徑以中孔為主。利用所制備的活性炭對染料孔雀石綠和金橙Ⅱ進(jìn)行了吸附實(shí)驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)活性炭對這兩種染料的吸附率可達(dá)93%,吸附過程符合偽二階吸附動力學(xué)模型和Freundlich吸附熱力學(xué)模型。
[Abstract]:Mixed biomass activated carbon was prepared by zinc chloride from corn straw and pecan shell. The effects of the ratio of two biomass materials, the amount of zinc chloride, the activation temperature and the activation time on the properties of activated carbon were investigated.
