聚酰胺吸附法制備高EGCG兒茶素

【摘要】:通過聚酰胺吸附法制備高EGCG兒茶素.以綠茶茶末為原料,經(jīng)熱水浸提,離心除渣,聚酰胺分離,濃縮干燥,得到EGCG兒茶素.結(jié)果表明,500mL聚酰胺吸附13.75g EGCG達(dá)到飽和;70%乙醇洗脫物中EGCG質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為63.200%;產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)高于有機(jī)溶劑萃取產(chǎn)物;中試產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量指標(biāo)兒茶素超過75%,EGCG超過55%,得率超過10%.得出該實(shí)驗(yàn)方法效果顯著,工藝條件可行.
[Abstract]:High EGCG catechin was prepared by polyamide adsorption method. EGCG catechin was obtained from green tea powder by hot water extraction, centrifugation, polyamide separation, concentration and drying. The results showed that the concentration of EGCG was 63.200, the mass fraction of product was higher than that of organic solvent extraction, the quality index of pilot-scale product was more than 75g EGCG and the yield of EGCG was more than 100.The results showed that the adsorption of polyamide reached 13.75g EGCG and the mass fraction of EGCG was 63.200, the content of product was higher than that of organic solvent extraction. It is concluded that the experimental method is effective and the technological conditions are feasible.
