三嵌段共聚物自組裝法制備兩親性Janus粒子

【摘要】:將系列三嵌段共聚物聚甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯-b-聚甲基丙烯酸肉桂酸乙酯-b-聚甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(Pt BMA-b-PCEMA-b-PDMAEMA)在異丙醇中退火,隨后將它們透析到水中自組裝得到多隔段膠束,發(fā)現(xiàn)其形態(tài)與Pt BMA和PCEMA的體積分?jǐn)?shù)有關(guān),與PDMAEMA無關(guān)。在紫外光下對PCEMA嵌段進行交聯(lián),將交聯(lián)后的膠束透析到四氫呋喃中,得到了具有表面活性的納米級兩親性Janus粒子,可降低水的表面張力,且隨溶液質(zhì)量濃度的增加,表面張力逐漸減小,但是低質(zhì)量濃度時不明顯,0.1 g/L時較顯著。
[Abstract]:A series of three block copolymer polymethyl poly (tert butyl methacrylate) -b- poly (methyl methacrylate) -b- polymethylamino ethyl methacrylate (Pt BMA-b-PCEMA-b-PDMAEMA) was annealed in isopropanol, and then they were dialysated into water by self assembly to get multiple septum micelles. It was found that the morphology was related to the volume fraction of Pt BMA and PCEMA, and PDMA. EMA has nothing to do with the cross-linking of PCEMA block under UV light. The crosslinked micelles are dialysed to tetrahydrofuran, and the surface activity of the nano two amphiphilic Janus particles can be obtained, which can reduce the surface tension of water. With the increase of the concentration of the solution, the surface tension decreases gradually, but the low mass concentration is not obvious, and the 0.1 g/L is more significant.
