【摘要】： 中國特色社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)作為我國政治體制改革的奮斗目標(biāo),是一項(xiàng)內(nèi)容龐雜的系統(tǒng)工程。截至目前,盡管我國的民主政治建設(shè)取得了一定的成就,但還不完善,在一定程度上,還存在某些問題。目前,有關(guān)我國社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下民主政治建設(shè)的理論研究還不是很成熟,從市場經(jīng)濟(jì)與民主政治兩者關(guān)系的角度對我國社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)研究的還不多。面對復(fù)雜的國內(nèi)外形勢,我國社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)的實(shí)踐過程中也存在著某些問題。基于此,本文提出的社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下民主政治建設(shè)問題研究具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 具體分析框架如下: 第一章簡單闡釋市場經(jīng)濟(jì)與民主政治的基本內(nèi)涵以及從歷史發(fā)展的角度分別對市場經(jīng)濟(jì)與民主政治的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了論述。 第二章介紹市場經(jīng)濟(jì)與民主政治的關(guān)系。具體分析了市場經(jīng)濟(jì)對民主政治的基礎(chǔ)作用;民主政治對市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的保障作用以及市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下民主政治建設(shè)的歷史局限性問題。 第三章講述社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)與民主政治建設(shè)。首先簡單闡釋了社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的本質(zhì)和特點(diǎn);然后對社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下民主政治的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了闡述;進(jìn)而論述了社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下民主政治建設(shè)的必要性和可能性。 第四章講述中國社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下民主政治建設(shè)的基本狀況。自新中國成立以來,中國的民主政治建設(shè)成績顯著,建立了一系列社會(huì)主義民主政治制度。特別是改革開放使社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)得到前所未有的發(fā)展,各項(xiàng)民主政治制度也得到進(jìn)一步完善。但由于種種原因,社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)過程中也存在著諸多問題。對此,論文詳細(xì)闡述了中國社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)中存在的問題并進(jìn)行了原因分析。 第五章歸納總結(jié)。首先介紹了中國社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)的目標(biāo)和原則。然后就中國社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題提出了針對性的完善措施。 本文采取從抽象到具體、從理論到實(shí)踐,分析與綜合相結(jié)合的方法,比較分析了市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下民主政治建設(shè)和社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下民主政治建設(shè)的狀況,并對中國社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)提出了有針對性的完善措施。本文的重點(diǎn)是第四章第二節(jié)中國社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下民主政治建設(shè)中存在的問題及原因分析和第五章第三節(jié)社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)的完善途徑。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于從市場經(jīng)濟(jì)與民主政治關(guān)系的角度對市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下民主政治建設(shè)的局限性問題進(jìn)行研究以及采用比較分析的方法對中國社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)問題進(jìn)行論述。
[Abstract]:The construction of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, as the goal of the reform of our political system, is a complex and systematic project. At present, although some achievements have been made in the construction of democratic politics in our country, it is still not perfect, to a certain extent, some problems still exist. At present, the socialist market economy in China is related to some problems. The theoretical research on the construction of democratic politics is not very mature, and there is not much research on the construction of socialist democratic politics in China from the perspective of the relationship between market economy and democracy. Facing the complicated situation at home and abroad, there are also some problems in the process of socialist democratic political construction in China. The study of democratic political construction under the socialist market economy has important theoretical and practical significance.
The detailed analysis framework is as follows:
The first chapter briefly explains the basic connotation of market economy and democratic politics and discusses the development course of market economy and democracy respectively from the perspective of historical development.
The second chapter introduces the relationship between the market economy and the democratic politics. It analyzes the basic function of the market economy to the democratic politics, the protection of the democratic politics to the market economy and the historical limitations of the construction of democratic politics under the conditions of the market economy.
The third chapter describes the socialist market economy and the construction of democratic politics. First, the essence and characteristics of the socialist market economy are explained briefly. Then, the characteristics of democratic politics under the conditions of socialist market economy are expounded, and the necessity and possibility of the construction of democratic politics under the conditions of socialist market economy are discussed.
The fourth chapter tells the basic situation of the construction of democratic politics under the conditions of socialist market economy in China. Since the founding of new China, the achievements of China's democratic political construction have been remarkable, and a series of socialist democratic political systems have been established. In particular, the reform and opening up has made the socialist market economy unprecedented development and various democratic political systems. Because of various reasons, there are also many problems in the process of socialist democratic political construction. This paper expounds the problems existing in the construction of socialist democratic politics in China and analyzes the reasons.
The fifth chapter is a summary. First, it introduces the goals and principles of the construction of socialist democratic politics in China, and then puts forward some pertinent measures for the problems arising in the process of the construction of socialist democratic politics in China.
This paper, from abstract to concrete, from theory to practice, analysis and synthesis, compares and analyses the situation of democratic political construction under the conditions of democratic politics and socialist market economy under the conditions of market economy, and puts forward some pertinent and perfect measures for the construction of socialist democratic politics in China. The emphasis of this paper is on the construction of democratic politics in China. The fourth chapter and the second section of the socialist market economy under the conditions of China's democratic political construction of the existing problems and causes analysis and the fifth chapter of the third section of the socialist democratic political construction of the perfect way.
The innovation of this article lies in the study of the limitations of the construction of democratic politics under the market economy and the method of comparative analysis to discuss the construction of socialist democracy in China from the perspective of the relationship between market economy and democratic politics.
