堇青石粉體的微乳液—溶膠凝膠法制備及其機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:本研究采用微乳液-溶膠凝膠工藝,使硝酸鎂/硝酸鋁/正硅酸乙酯的溶膠增溶于Triton X.100/正己醇/環(huán)己烷體系中,合成堇青石陶瓷納米粉體。對(duì)形成寬泛穩(wěn)定W/O型的擬三元相圖進(jìn)行測(cè)定與繪制;對(duì)影響W/O型微乳液相行為及凝膠化質(zhì)量、時(shí)間的最佳工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行確定;研究了由微乳液-溶膠凝膠技術(shù)制備堇青石陶瓷納米粉體的粒徑分布、燒結(jié)性能、析晶性能、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、介電性能;對(duì)微乳液--溶膠凝膠所制備堇青石粉體進(jìn)行流延實(shí)驗(yàn)。 當(dāng)選用TritonX-100作為表面活性劑,正己醇為助表面活性劑,環(huán)己烷作為油相,合成溫度為45℃時(shí),可以獲得寬泛、穩(wěn)定的W/O型相區(qū)域;當(dāng)前驅(qū)物濃度(Mg2+)pH值及[H2O]/[TEOS]比值分別為1.5mol/L、5及4.5時(shí),凝膠化時(shí)間最合理(0.5h)且所得凝膠組分均一;微乳液--溶膠凝膠法制得的堇青石粉體粒徑在75nnm左右,且分布集中;堇青石材料能于900℃下低溫致密化燒結(jié),具有優(yōu)異的介電性能(ε4,tgδ0.001;1GHz);流延干燥后坯帶能夠于900℃致密化燒結(jié),由大量a-堇青石相組成的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)賦予燒結(jié)體高的力學(xué)強(qiáng)度及優(yōu)異的介電性能,滿足高頻多層片式電感用介質(zhì)材料的要求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the nanometer cordierite ceramic powder was synthesized by microemulsion and sol-gel process. The sol of magnesium nitrate / aluminum nitrate / ethyl orthosilicate was solubilized in Triton X.100 / n-hexanol / cyclohexane system. The pseudo ternary phase diagram forming a broad stable W / O type was measured and drawn, and the optimum process parameters affecting the phase behavior, gelation quality and time of W / O microemulsion were determined. The particle size distribution, sintering properties, crystallization properties, microstructure and dielectric properties of cordierite nano-powders prepared by microemulsion and sol-gel technology were studied. The flow-delay experiment of cordierite powder prepared by microemulsion sol-gel was carried out.
