【摘要】：縣域法治研究,是基于縣域法治建設(shè)這一現(xiàn)實(shí)生活實(shí)踐問(wèn)題而提出的一個(gè)新研究課題。學(xué)界有識(shí)之士已從不同專(zhuān)業(yè)視閾,圍繞法治、自治與禮治等關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行了多學(xué)科、富有價(jià)值的學(xué)術(shù)探討。就法治語(yǔ)境下的縣域治理而言,以法治為導(dǎo)向,以自治、禮治為支撐,在發(fā)達(dá)縣域,有可能最終達(dá)縣域善治的愿景。
[Abstract]:The study of county rule of law is a new research subject based on the construction of county rule of law. Scholars of insight have made a multi-disciplinary and valuable academic discussion on the key issues of rule of law, autonomy and rule of etiquette from the perspective of different specialties. As far as county governance in the context of rule of law is concerned, it is possible to reach the vision of good governance in developed counties, which is guided by the rule of law, supported by autonomy and courtesy.
