【摘要】：在當(dāng)前舉國構(gòu)建和諧民主社會的新時代,把學(xué)生參與管理過程提升為民主教育過程的具體途徑,是當(dāng)前學(xué)校管理領(lǐng)域迫切需要深入研究的課題。班干部的選拔就是一個很好的切入點,學(xué)生在參與班干部的選拔過程中就能充分體會到民主的重要性。本研究通過文獻研究法、問卷調(diào)查法、深度訪談、經(jīng)驗總結(jié)等方法探究現(xiàn)在小學(xué)班干部選拔有哪些模式,各種模式的優(yōu)缺點,及不同選拔模式對學(xué)生民主參與能力的存在怎樣的影響。本文通過收集網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷和傳統(tǒng)問卷,得到真實數(shù)據(jù),然后進行具體分析。調(diào)研結(jié)果分析顯示不同角色包括教師、學(xué)生和家長對班干部都是給予正面的評價,而且人們民主參與意識呈直線上升的趨勢。但班干部選拔模式與學(xué)生民主參與能力之間并不是一條簡單的直線關(guān)系,而是呈現(xiàn)一個動態(tài)變化的態(tài)勢。采用民主推選的選拔模式產(chǎn)生班干部學(xué)生的參與意愿最高,采用輪流制時學(xué)生的民主參與機會最多,采用自主競選的學(xué)生能擁有最大的權(quán)利,指定任命產(chǎn)生的班干部效率是最高。不同選拔模式,各有優(yōu)勢與不足,只要在不同時期學(xué)生選擇不同選拔模式,他們民主參與能力都在提升。針對實際調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,進行多視角的剖析,然后就存在的主要問題提出培養(yǎng)小學(xué)選拔班干部的多種方法。例如：不同時期采用不同選拔模式,同時采用雙軌制互補不足,運用動態(tài)管理并引入評價機制,從而提升民主管理水平。通過一系列措施,希望可以為提高學(xué)生的民主參與意識提供一些借鑒的方法。
[Abstract]:In the new era of constructing a harmonious democratic society in the whole country, it is an urgent task for the field of school management to promote the students' participation in the management process to the process of democratic education. The selection of class cadres is a good breakthrough point, students can fully understand the importance of democracy in the selection process of class cadres. Through the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, in-depth interview, experience summary and so on, this study explores the current primary school class cadre selection model, the advantages and disadvantages of various models, And how different selection models affect the existence of students' democratic participation ability. This article collects the network questionnaire and the traditional questionnaire, obtains the real data, then carries on the concrete analysis. The results show that different roles, including teachers, students and parents, give positive comments to class cadres, and people's sense of democratic participation is rising in a straight line. However, the relationship between class cadre selection mode and students' democratic participation ability is not a simple straight line relationship, but a dynamic change situation. The selection model of democratic selection has the highest willingness to participate in the class cadres and students, and the students who adopt the rotation system have the most chance of democratic participation, and students who choose to run independently can have the greatest right. The class cadres appointed and appointed are the most efficient. Different selection models have their own advantages and disadvantages. As long as students choose different selection models in different periods, their democratic participation ability will be improved. In view of the problems found in the actual investigation, this paper analyzes the problems from various perspectives, and then puts forward various methods for training the class cadres in primary schools. For example, different selection models are adopted in different periods, and the dual track system is adopted to complement each other, and dynamic management and evaluation mechanism are used to improve the level of democratic management. Through a series of measures, we hope to provide some reference methods for improving students' democratic participation consciousness.
