【摘要】：作為公共領(lǐng)域在當(dāng)代發(fā)育的新形態(tài),網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域具有天然的民主氣質(zhì),并在其發(fā)展過(guò)程中逐漸展現(xiàn)出相應(yīng)的民主效應(yīng),正在由民主的實(shí)驗(yàn)室而發(fā)展成為民主的新平臺(tái)。具體說(shuō)來(lái),網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域的民主價(jià)值主要體現(xiàn)在:網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域的行動(dòng)主體從精英到大眾化、溝通媒介從"他媒體"到"自媒體"以及討論議題從私人性到公共性的凸顯。但是,我們也應(yīng)清醒地認(rèn)識(shí)到,網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域的民主價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)程度最終取決于其與現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的契合和嵌入程度,只有當(dāng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域真正被采納、使用和組合進(jìn)現(xiàn)實(shí)民主結(jié)構(gòu)之中,其民主價(jià)值才能得到充分展現(xiàn)而成為民主發(fā)展的新平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:As a new form of public domain in the contemporary development, network public domain has a natural democratic temperament, and gradually shows the corresponding democratic effects in the process of its development, and is developing from a democratic laboratory to a new democratic platform. Specifically, the democratic value of the network public domain is mainly reflected in: the action subject of the network public domain from elite to popular, the communication medium from "other media" to "from media" and the discussion topic from private nature to publicity. However, we should also soberly realize that the degree of realization of the democratic value of the network public domain ultimately depends on its compatibility with the real social structure and the degree of embeddedness, only when the network public domain is really adopted, Using and combining into the real democratic structure, its democratic value can be fully displayed and become a new platform for the development of democracy.
