【摘要】：現(xiàn)代化戰(zhàn)爭需要高效有力的后勤保障系統(tǒng)作為支撐,作為該體系的核心要素,后勤人才必須具備綜合全面的專業(yè)知識和素質(zhì)能力。在未來戰(zhàn)爭國際化趨勢增強,以及我國社會民主法治建設(shè)深入發(fā)展的大背景下,后勤人才的法律素質(zhì)已經(jīng)被越來越多的人所重視。認清軍隊后勤人才法律素質(zhì)的基本內(nèi)容,把握培養(yǎng)和提升其法律素質(zhì)的重要舉措,是值得每一名軍校法律教育工作者思考的問題。
[Abstract]:Modern war needs an efficient and effective logistic support system. As the core element of this system, logistics talents must have comprehensive professional knowledge and quality ability. Under the background of the increasing trend of internationalization of war in the future and the deep development of the construction of democracy and rule of law in our country, the legal quality of logistic talents has been paid more and more attention by more and more people. To recognize the basic content of the legal quality of military logistics talents and to grasp the important measures to cultivate and improve their legal quality are worthy of consideration by every legal educator in military academy.
