【摘要】：高校學(xué)生組織是大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、生活和社會(huì)實(shí)踐的主要載體,它既是高校學(xué)生行政管理的延接,又是大學(xué)生自我管理的組織�，F(xiàn)代高校學(xué)生組織在形成和運(yùn)行過(guò)程中既遵循了歷史上傳承下來(lái)的習(xí)慣體制,又汲取了大學(xué)生的現(xiàn)代意識(shí)。在新舊習(xí)慣與新舊體制的轉(zhuǎn)換中,大學(xué)生民主意識(shí)、民主要求、民主行為還處于樸素與懵懂狀態(tài)。他們既具有同傳統(tǒng)的專制主義思想進(jìn)行對(duì)峙的堅(jiān)定意志,又具有容易受西方自由主義民主思想影響的脆弱性�；诖�,筆者通過(guò)大量的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和實(shí)地走訪,對(duì)此問(wèn)題做了進(jìn)一步研究。 首先,高校學(xué)生組織是大學(xué)生能夠最直接參與的,涉及到切身利益的組織。通過(guò)這些組織,大學(xué)生們可以實(shí)現(xiàn)自我管理、自我利益追求、自我權(quán)利保障。不同性質(zhì)和不同類型的學(xué)生組織形成機(jī)制不同,大學(xué)生的民主訴求和主體定位也不同。所以只有對(duì)高校學(xué)生組織的定義、性質(zhì)、類型做更深入的研究,才能進(jìn)一步在這些組織活動(dòng)中考察大學(xué)生民主思想的形成與根源。 其次,在調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者進(jìn)一步考量了當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校學(xué)生組織民主模式建設(shè)的成就以及存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)大學(xué)生民主思想的形成與根源做了充分的理論分析。針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,去粗取精,去偽存真,建立既符合我國(guó)高校教育體制,又符合當(dāng)代大學(xué)生現(xiàn)代民主意識(shí)的高校學(xué)生組織的民主機(jī)制,是新時(shí)期高校學(xué)生管理工作要解決的問(wèn)題,也是社會(huì)主義民主法治建設(shè)的追求。 再次,作為國(guó)家精英群體的大學(xué)生,其正確的民主思想、民主意識(shí)、公民意識(shí)能夠引領(lǐng)社會(huì)的主流意識(shí)形態(tài),不僅能促使傳統(tǒng)的封建專制思想逐漸退出歷史舞臺(tái),也能夠理性地與西方自由主義的民主思想劃清界限。 總之,高校學(xué)生組織在大學(xué)生民主思想的健康發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著重要作用,反過(guò)來(lái),大學(xué)生民主思想也促使高校學(xué)生組織民主制度建設(shè)不斷完善,進(jìn)而為社會(huì)主義政治文明的健康發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:College student organization is the main carrier of college students' study, life and social practice. It is not only the continuation of college students' administration, but also the organization of college students' self-management. In the process of formation and operation, modern college student organization not only follows the customary system inherited from history, but also draws on the modern consciousness of college students. In the transformation of new and old habits and old systems, college students' democratic consciousness, democratic requirements and democratic behavior are still in a state of simplicity and ignorance. They not only have the firm will to confront the traditional autocratic thought, but also have the vulnerability which is easily influenced by the western liberal democratic thought. Based on this, through a large number of questionnaires and field visits, the author made a further study on this issue. First of all, college student organization is the most direct participation of college students, involving the vital interests of the organization. Through these organizations, college students can achieve self-management, self-interest pursuit, self-protection. Different nature and different types of student organization formation mechanism, college students' democratic demands and subjective orientation are also different. Therefore, only by making a deeper study on the definition, nature and types of college student organizations, can we further investigate the formation and root causes of college students' democratic thoughts in the activities of these organizations. Secondly, on the basis of the investigation, the author further considers the achievements and existing problems in the construction of the democratic model of college students' organization in our country, and makes a full theoretical analysis of the formation and origin of the democratic thoughts of college students. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, such as removing the crude, distinguishing the false things, retaining the real things, and establishing the democratic mechanism of the college students' organization, which not only accords with the educational system of our country's colleges and universities, but also accords with the modern democratic consciousness of the contemporary college students. It is a problem to be solved in the management of college students in the new period, and is also the pursuit of socialist democracy and rule of law. Thirdly, as a national elite group of college students, their correct democratic ideas, democratic consciousness, civic consciousness can lead the mainstream ideology of society, not only can promote the traditional feudal autocratic thought gradually withdraw from the historical stage, It is also able to rationally draw a line from the democratic ideas of Western liberalism. In short, college student organizations play an important role in the healthy development of college students' democratic thinking. In turn, the democratic thinking of college students also promotes the construction of democratic system of college students' organization. And then make a contribution to the healthy development of socialist political civilization.
