【摘要】：為了提高氟樂靈的光穩(wěn)定性和藥效,以聚羥基烷酸酯為壁材,采用溶劑揮發(fā)法制備氟樂靈微膠囊,并討論芯壁比、分散劑質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)、剪切時(shí)間和速度、油水相體積比對(duì)氟樂靈微膠囊成囊的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)芯壁比為1∶5,油水相比為(20∶100)~(30∶90),聚乙烯醇(PVA-1788)的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1%,剪切時(shí)間為3 min,剪切速度為8000 r/min,所得氟樂靈微膠囊呈球形,平均粒徑在6.23~7.57μm,包封率為83.36%,載藥量為14.62%。
