【摘要】：習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義思想是馬克思主義中國化的最新成果,是中國特色社會(huì)主義理論的重大創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,是全黨全國各族人民全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)國、為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興而奮斗的行動(dòng)指南。習(xí)近平總書記在十九大報(bào)告中用八個(gè)"明確"精辟概括和深刻闡述了新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義思想的精髓。八個(gè)"明確"的每一項(xiàng)都與法治有著緊密的邏輯關(guān)聯(lián),都對依法治國和法治建設(shè)有著重大而深遠(yuǎn)的指導(dǎo)意義。本文在認(rèn)真研讀習(xí)近平總書記十九大報(bào)告和十八大以來系列講話的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合中國特色社會(huì)主義法治實(shí)踐,就八個(gè)"明確"對依法治國和法治建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略性、基礎(chǔ)性、現(xiàn)實(shí)性、前瞻性指導(dǎo)意義逐一進(jìn)行了分析和闡釋。
[Abstract]:The thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping is the latest achievement of Marxism in China, the great innovation and development of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the comprehensive construction of the socialist modernization and power by the whole party and the people of all nationalities in the whole country. The action guide for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In his 19th CPC National Congress report, General Secretary Xi Jinping summed up and expounded the essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Each of the eight "clear" items is closely related to the rule of law, and has great and far-reaching guiding significance for the rule of law and the construction of the rule of law. Based on a careful study of the report of General Secretary 19th CPC National Congress of Xi Jinping and a series of speeches since the 18th National Congress of China and the practice of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, this paper discusses the strategic and basic aspects of the eight "clear" policies for governing the country according to law and the construction of the rule of law. Realistic, forward-looking guiding significance is analyzed and explained one by one.
