高錳酸鉀氧化法制備香紫蘇內酯反應廢水的有效處理

【摘要】:高錳酸鉀氧化法是制備香紫蘇內酯的一種主要方法,但該反應會產生大量的含Mn~(2+)廢水,對環(huán)境造成污染。對實驗廢水的處理進行了研究,分別用飽和NaHCO_3、Na_2CO_3溶液調節(jié)廢水的pH至中性,將廢水中MnCO_3沉淀分離,最終達到有效處理廢水的目的,最后采用高碘酸鉀分光光度法對處理前后的廢水中Mn~(2+)含量進行測定,處理前廢水中Mn~(2+)含量為20.43 g/L,經(jīng)NaHCO_3、Na_2CO_3處理后的廢水樣中Mn~(2+)含量分別為0.086 6、0.953 0 mg/L,均低于國標(GB 8978—1996)的最低排放標準2 mg/L。
[Abstract]:Potassium permanganate oxidation is one of the main methods for the preparation of perilla lactone, but the reaction will produce a large amount of wastewater containing Mn~(2, which will pollute the environment. The treatment of experimental wastewater was studied. The pH value of the wastewater was adjusted by saturated NaHCO _ 3H _ 2CO _ 3 solution, the MnCO_3 precipitation was separated from the wastewater, and the purpose of effectively treating the wastewater was achieved. Finally, the content of Mn~(2 in wastewater before and after treatment was determined by potassium periodate spectrophotometry. The content of Mn~(2 in waste water before treatment was 20.43 g / L, and the content of Mn~(2 in waste water treated with NaHCOS _ 3 was 0.953 mg / L, respectively, which was lower than the minimum discharge standard of GB 8978-1996 (2 mg / L).
