【摘要】：在我國全面深化改革的背景下,協(xié)商民主建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為我國政治體制改革的重要內(nèi)容。協(xié)商民主意味著不同的政治行為者能夠制度化對話和討論,達(dá)成共識,做出合法決策。協(xié)商民主是我國政治結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)的一種具體的民主形式,它對于鞏固和完善黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、促進(jìn)科學(xué)民主決策、推動廣泛的政治參與、鍛煉和培養(yǎng)公民精神具有重要的意義。我國的協(xié)商民主實(shí)踐形式多樣,但也面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)。推動協(xié)商民主的發(fā)展和完善,需要在實(shí)踐中充分利用制度存量,主動創(chuàng)新制度增量。
[Abstract]:Under the background of deepening the reform in an all-round way, the construction of deliberative democracy has become an important part of the reform of our political system. Deliberative democracy means that different political actors can institutionalize dialogue and discussion, reach consensus, and make legitimate decisions. Deliberative democracy is a concrete form of democracy in the political structure of our country. It is of great significance for consolidating and perfecting the leadership of the Party, promoting scientific democratic decision-making, promoting extensive political participation, and training and cultivating the spirit of citizenship. The practice of deliberative democracy in our country is diverse, but it also faces many challenges. To promote the development and perfection of deliberative democracy, it is necessary to make full use of the institutional stock in practice and to innovate the increment of the system actively.
