【摘要】：目的:研究刺玫果片干法制粒的工藝條件。方法:考察軋輪壓力、軋輪轉(zhuǎn)速、送料速度,以顆粒一次得率和顆粒脆碎度為評價指標,采用Box-Behnken響應面法預測、分析、選取最佳工藝。結果:最佳制粒工藝條件為:軋輪壓力3 MPa,軋輪轉(zhuǎn)速13 r/min,送料速度19 r/min。結論:所優(yōu)選的工藝穩(wěn)定,重現(xiàn)性好,可用于刺玫果片的干法制粒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the technological conditions of dry granulation of Rosa davurica. Methods: the pressure, rotational speed and feeding speed of rolling wheel were investigated. The primary yield of particles and the brittle degree of particles were taken as the evaluation indexes, and the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to predict, analyze and select the best technology. Results: the optimum granulation conditions were as follows: wheel pressure was 3 MPA, rotation speed was 13 r / min, feed speed was 19 r / min. Conclusion: the optimized technology is stable and reproducible, and can be used for dry granulation of Rosa davidifolia.
