【摘要】:采用高壓均質(zhì)法制備枸櫞酸噴托維林納米顆粒,分析均質(zhì)壓力、均質(zhì)次數(shù)和儲(chǔ)存過程對(duì)藥物顆粒形貌與粒徑的影響,通過噴霧干燥制得微粉。結(jié)果表明:最優(yōu)高壓均質(zhì)條件是均質(zhì)壓力為75 MPa、循環(huán)5次,制得的納米顆粒是粒徑為100~200 nm的片狀結(jié)晶,儲(chǔ)存穩(wěn)定;枸櫞酸噴托維林納米顆粒懸濁液噴霧干燥微粉顆粒呈粒徑小于1μm的球形,由保持原微觀形貌與結(jié)構(gòu)的納米片狀結(jié)晶聚集而成。
[Abstract]:The high pressure homogenization method was used to prepare pteroverine citrate nanoparticles. The effects of homogenization pressure, homogenization times and storage process on the morphology and particle size of drug particles were analyzed. The powder was prepared by spray drying. The results show that the optimal high pressure homogenization conditions are as follows: homogenization pressure is 75 MPA, circulation is 5 times, the prepared nanoparticles are flake crystals with diameter of 100 ~ 200 nm and stable storage. Spray drying of aerosol powder particles from aerosol suspension of citric acid sprayed toverine nanoparticles was spherical in size less than 1 渭 m, and was formed by the aggregation of nanocrystalline crystals with the original morphology and structure.
