【摘要】：改革與法治是辯證統(tǒng)一的有機(jī)結(jié)合體。全面推進(jìn)依法治校與全面深化改革是創(chuàng)新高等職業(yè)教育、建立完善現(xiàn)代職業(yè)學(xué)校制度的雙輪驅(qū)動(dòng)。法治文化引領(lǐng)高職院校治理現(xiàn)代化的價(jià)值追求和精神支撐,院校治理現(xiàn)代化則是法治文化建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵,兩者共同推進(jìn)高等職業(yè)教育的內(nèi)涵提升。法治文化助推院校治理現(xiàn)代化著力在建章立制,做好法治文化體制機(jī)制的頂層設(shè)計(jì);系統(tǒng)培育校園法治文化,提升以法治信仰為價(jià)值導(dǎo)向的法治教育實(shí)效,以及創(chuàng)新法治文化宣傳載體三個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:Reform and rule by law are organic combination of dialectical unity. It is the driving force of innovating higher vocational education and establishing and perfecting modern vocational school system to comprehensively promote the administration of school according to law and deepen the reform in an all-round way. The culture of rule of law leads the value pursuit and spiritual support of the modernization of governance in higher vocational colleges, and the modernization of governance of colleges is the key to the construction of culture of rule of law. Both of them promote the connotation of higher vocational education together. The culture of the rule of law promotes the modernization of the governance of colleges and universities, and focuses on the establishment of the rule of law system and the top-level design of the mechanism of the cultural system of the rule of law. And innovates the rule of law culture propaganda carrier three aspects.
