原位聚合法制備聚α-烯烴減阻劑微囊的工藝研究

【摘要】:以聚α-烯烴為囊心,以水和陰離子表面活性劑為分散系統(tǒng)、聚脲甲醛為壁材,采用原位聚合法制備出性能穩(wěn)定的聚α-烯烴減阻劑微膠囊。利用紅外光譜(IR)、掃描電鏡(SEM)對微膠囊進行表征,對合成工藝參數(shù)進行了優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化工藝為:尿素與甲醛的摩爾比為1∶2,聚脲甲醛壁材的加入量為10%,表面活性劑量為水量的0.5%,聚α-烯烴減阻劑粉粹至90~100目,用硫酸調(diào)節(jié)體系的pH為3,60℃反應2 h。制備的α-烯烴聚脲甲醛微膠囊的表觀形貌得到了有效的改善、減阻性能及存儲穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)異。
[Abstract]:Using poly (偽 -olefin) as capsule, water and anionic surfactant as dispersion system and polyurea formaldehyde as wall material, stable poly (偽 -olefin) drag reducer microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization. The microcapsules were characterized by IR and SEM, and the synthesis parameters were optimized. The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of urea to formaldehyde is 1: 2, the amount of polyurea formaldehyde wall is 10%, the amount of surfactant is 0.5% of the water, the polyolefin drag reducer powder reaches 90 ~ 100 mesh, and the pH of the system is adjusted by sulfuric acid at 3 鈩,
