熔體靜電紡水溶液接收法制備三維自組裝PET纖維膜

【摘要】:采用平板與不同濃度的氯化鈉(NaCl)溶液為接收介質(zhì)制備熔體靜電紡聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)纖維膜,并借助掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)探討了水溶液接收法對PET纖維膜幾何結(jié)構(gòu)、纖維形貌及熱學(xué)性質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果表明,水溶液接收可制備三維錐狀結(jié)構(gòu)的纖維膜,隨著NaCl溶液濃度的增加纖維膜的厚度逐漸降低,而纖維膜底面半徑與錐角逐漸增加。以0.5mol/L NaCl溶液為接收介質(zhì)制得的PET纖維膜的厚度為35.9mm,玻璃化溫度為72.32℃,結(jié)晶溫度為127.97℃,熔融溫度為254.25℃,結(jié)晶度為15.5%。
[Abstract]:The electrospun poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) fiber membrane was prepared by using flat plate and different concentration of sodium chloride solution as the receiving medium. The effects of aqueous solution reception on the geometrical structure, fiber morphology and thermal properties of PET fiber membrane were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The results show that the fiber membrane with three-dimensional conical structure can be prepared by aqueous solution. The thickness of fiber membrane decreases with the concentration of NaCl solution increasing, and the radius of the bottom surface and the cone angle of the fiber membrane increase gradually. The thickness, glass transition temperature, crystallization temperature, melting temperature and crystallinity of PET fiber film prepared by 0.5mol/L NaCl solution were 35.9mm, 72.32 鈩,
