電沉積法制備超細(xì)高純銅粉

【摘要】:以Cu SO4溶液為主要原料,采用電沉積法快速制備高純超細(xì)銅粉。利用X射線衍射儀(XRD)和掃描電鏡(SEM)表征銅粉的粒度和微觀形貌。結(jié)果表明,陰極材質(zhì)和超聲波對銅粉的微觀形貌和粒度均具有重要影響,超聲波可有效降低銅粉的平均粒徑,鋁材質(zhì)陰極形成粒度范圍0.01~0.5μm的球形銅粉,鐵材質(zhì)陰極形成粒度范圍為0.1~1.5μm的不規(guī)則球形和方形銅粉。
[Abstract]:Ultrafine copper powder with high purity was prepared by electrodeposition with Cu SO4 solution as main raw material. The particle size and microstructure of copper powder were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that both cathode material and ultrasonic wave have an important effect on the microstructure and particle size of copper powder. Ultrasonic wave can effectively reduce the average particle size of copper powder, and aluminum cathode forms spherical copper powder with particle size range of 0.01 ~ 0.5 渭 m. Iron cathode forms irregular spherical and square copper powder with grain size of 0.1 渭 m and 1.5 渭 m.
