【摘要】：正2004年7月,巴彥淖爾市一屆一次人民代表大會(huì)勝利召開,市人大常委會(huì)正式成立,人大工作進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的發(fā)展階段,巴彥淖爾的民主法制建設(shè)也從此邁出新步伐。依法履職助推發(fā)展十二年來,市人大常委會(huì)在自治區(qū)人大的有力指導(dǎo)和市委的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下主動(dòng)作為,抓重點(diǎn)、攻難點(diǎn)、求突破、謀發(fā)展,認(rèn)真履行憲法和法律賦予的職責(zé)。常委會(huì)一直在堅(jiān)持和依靠黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)上下功夫,始終把人大工作置于市委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)之下,主動(dòng)融入,積極跟進(jìn),堅(jiān)持市委想什么,人大謀什
[Abstract]:In July 2004, the first people's Congress of Bayannur City was successfully held, the standing Committee of the City people's Congress was formally established, the work of the people's Congress entered a new stage of development, and the construction of democracy and legal system in Bayannur took a new step. Over the past 12 years, the standing Committee of the Municipal people's Congress, under the strong guidance of the people's Congress of the autonomous region and the strong leadership of the municipal party committee, has taken the initiative to act, grasp key points, attack difficulties, seek breakthroughs, seek development, and conscientiously perform the duties entrusted to it by the Constitution and the law. The standing Committee has been working hard to uphold and rely on the leadership of the Party, always put the work of the people's Congress under the leadership of the municipal party committee, take the initiative to integrate, actively follow up, insist on what the municipal party committee thinks and what the people's Congress is looking for.
