【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代民主政治的發(fā)展,參與式民主越來(lái)越得到人們的認(rèn)可。小到公民個(gè)體,大到不同的社會(huì)團(tuán)體都已經(jīng)開始積極地開始參加到政治生活中來(lái)。參與式民主穩(wěn)定而有序的發(fā)展,是現(xiàn)階段人民群眾行使民主權(quán)利、參與政府決策的一種重要方式,是推動(dòng)中國(guó)式民主健康發(fā)展的重要組成部分。近年來(lái),隨著以網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體為特征的新媒體的發(fā)展,它對(duì)參與式民主的作用日益顯現(xiàn),社會(huì)公眾通過(guò)新媒體表達(dá)訴求、提出意見建議日益成為常態(tài)。本文首先從參與式民主的含義開始討論,論述了現(xiàn)如今新媒體對(duì)參與式民主所起的作用。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外參與式民主的現(xiàn)象和個(gè)案分析,說(shuō)明新媒體作為大眾輿論力量對(duì)參與式民主起到的作用。因此,我們應(yīng)該重視新媒體對(duì)參與式民主的作用,也正視其面臨的問(wèn)題和難題。當(dāng)今社會(huì)新媒體在參與式民主中發(fā)揮作用還存在一些問(wèn)題,如節(jié)目的規(guī)范問(wèn)題,社會(huì)公眾參與媒體節(jié)目問(wèn)政的能力還有待提高等。在此基礎(chǔ)上,探求在新媒體環(huán)境下,推動(dòng)參與式民主更好發(fā)展的方式方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern democratic politics, participatory democracy is more and more recognized by people. As small as individual citizens, as large as different social groups have begun to actively participate in political life. The stable and orderly development of participatory democracy is an important way for the masses to exercise their democratic rights and participate in government decision-making. It is also an important part of promoting the healthy development of democracy in China. In recent years, with the development of new media characterized by network media, its effect on participatory democracy is becoming more and more obvious. This paper first discusses the meaning of participatory democracy and discusses the role of new media in participatory democracy. By analyzing the phenomena and cases of participatory democracy at home and abroad, this paper illustrates the role of new media as a force of public opinion in participatory democracy. Therefore, we should pay attention to the role of new media in participatory democracy, and face up to its problems and problems. Nowadays, there are still some problems in the role of new media in participatory democracy, such as the standardization of programs, the ability of the public to participate in the political affairs of media programs, and so on. On this basis, explore ways and means to promote the better development of participatory democracy under the new media environment.
