靜電紡絲法制備一維稀土氟氧化物和氟化物

【摘要】: 一維納米材料,諸如納米線、納米管、納米棒等,由于有著獨特的性質(zhì),成為人們研究的熱點而備受關(guān)注。一維納米材料在光學(xué)領(lǐng)域中被廣泛應(yīng)用。氟化物在稀土摻雜的發(fā)光材料中起至關(guān)重要的作用。然而關(guān)于一維二元氟化物材料的研究至今沒有文獻報道。因此該方面的研究顯得很有意義。 本文采用了靜電紡絲法分別合成了一維氟氧化物和氟化物,并對其性質(zhì)進行了表征。主要工作如下: 1、合成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/三氟乙酸釔的復(fù)合纖維,通過掃描電鏡觀察纖維的形貌,研究不同的電紡參數(shù)和溶液性質(zhì)對纖維形貌的影響。三氟乙酸釔均勻分布在復(fù)合纖維中。復(fù)合纖維的直徑分布在幾十納米至幾百納米之間。 2、將合成的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/三氟乙酸釔復(fù)合纖維在空氣中煅燒。生成的氟氧化釔保持了一維的纖維結(jié)構(gòu)。我們對氟氧化物的生成機理探討,并研究不同煅燒條件下樣品性質(zhì)的變化。從透射電鏡照片可以看到:氟氧化釔纖維是由納米晶粒堆砌而成。隨著煅燒條件的改變,納米晶粒的尺寸發(fā)生變化。 3、在氟化氫銨分解生成的保護氣下對已合成的氟氧化物進行第二次煅燒,樣品被氟化生成一維氟化物。利用掃描電鏡、透射電鏡測量了樣品尺寸和形貌。煅燒溫度高不利于氟化釔纖維的保持。
[Abstract]:One-dimensional nanomaterials, such as nanowires, nanotubes and nanorods, have attracted much attention because of their unique properties. One dimensional nanomaterials are widely used in the field of optics. Fluorides play an important role in rare earth doped luminescent materials. However, the study of one dimensional two element fluoride materials There is no literature report, so the research in this area is very meaningful.
In this paper, one dimensional fluorine oxide and fluoride were synthesized by electrospinning, and their properties were characterized. The main work is as follows:
1, the composite fibers of polyvinylidene pyrrolidone / yttrium three were synthesized. The morphology of the fibers was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The effects of different electrospinning parameters and solution properties on the morphology of the fibers were investigated. Three yttrium fluoroacetate was evenly distributed in the composite fibers. The diameter of the composite fibers was from ten to a few hundred nanometers.
2, the synthesized polyvinylidene pyrrolidone / yttrium three yttrium compound fiber is calcined in the air. The generated yttrium fluoride maintains a one-dimensional fiber structure. We discuss the formation mechanism of the oxide, and study the change of the properties of the samples under different calcination conditions. It can be seen from the transmission electron microscope photographs that the yttrium fluoride fiber is made from nanocrystalline grains. With the change of calcination conditions, the size of nanocrystals changes.
3, under the protective gas generated by ammonium fluoride decomposition, the synthesized fluorine oxide was calcined second times, and the sample was fluorinated to generate one-dimensional fluoride. The size and morphology of the sample were measured by scanning electron microscope. The high calcination temperature was not favorable for the retention of yttrium fluoride.
