【摘要】：分析研究中國政黨制度,關(guān)鍵要從政黨理論創(chuàng)新的視角來堅持和完善中國特色的政黨制度。分析中國政黨制度不能脫離政黨制度運(yùn)行的政治體制,即建立在群眾路線和人民民主基礎(chǔ)之上的"大眾民主"。"大眾民主"一方面是大多數(shù)人的民主,另一方面又是積極的、體現(xiàn)人民主體地位的民主。它是黨的群眾路線與人民民主結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物。"大眾民主"重要的價值在于它所具有的社會整合功能。對社會平等的價值追求是社會主義本質(zhì)的體現(xiàn)。"大眾民主"的實現(xiàn)過程就是社會主義政治與社會相融合的過程,中國政黨制度在這個過程中發(fā)揮著重要的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職能,政治協(xié)商是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職能發(fā)揮的重要方式。
[Abstract]:To analyze and study the party system in China, the key is to adhere to and perfect the political party system with Chinese characteristics from the angle of party theory innovation. The analysis of the political system of Chinese political party can not be divorced from the political system, that is, "popular democracy" based on the mass line and the people's democracy. " Popular democracy, on the one hand, is the democracy of the majority, on the other hand, it is a positive democracy that embodies the dominant position of the people. It is the product of the Party's mass line and the people's democracy. " The important value of popular democracy lies in its function of social integration. The pursuit of social equality is the embodiment of the essence of socialism. " The realization of popular democracy is the process of the integration of socialist politics and society, in which the Chinese political party system plays an important leading role, and political consultation is an important way to exert the leadership function.
