層層組裝法制備多功能超疏水性棉織物

【摘要】:采用層層組裝法,以帶正電的聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化銨為聚電解質,將多壁碳納米管靜電吸附到纖維表面,然后以聚二甲基硅氧烷為低表面能物質涂覆于纖維表面,成功制備了集超疏水、導電及紫外屏蔽于一體的棉織物。測試了整理后棉織物的抗紫外光、耐酸堿鹽穩(wěn)定性,并探究了不同組裝層數(shù)對棉織物表面潤濕性和光透過率的影響。結果發(fā)現(xiàn),整理織物表面粗糙,具有較強的抗紫外線和耐酸堿鹽穩(wěn)定性,電阻率降低至18.5Ω·cm,且當組裝次數(shù)達到十次時,其靜態(tài)接觸角達到162°,在200~380 nm紫外光區(qū),對紫外光的透過率能低至2%。
[Abstract]:Using polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride as polyelectrolyte, multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were electrostatic adsorbed onto the fiber surface by layer-by-layer assembly method, and poly-dimethylsiloxane was coated on the fiber surface. Cotton fabric with super hydrophobic, conductive and ultraviolet shielding was successfully prepared. The UV light resistance, acid-alkali-salt resistance of the treated cotton fabric were tested, and the effects of the number of the assembled layers on the wettability and light transmittance of the cotton fabric were investigated. The results show that the finished fabric has rough surface, strong anti-ultraviolet radiation and acid-alkali-salt resistance, the resistivity is reduced to 18.5 惟 cm, and when the assembly times reach 10 times, the static contact angle reaches 162 擄, in the ultraviolet region of 200 ~ 380 nm. The transmittance of ultraviolet light can be as low as 2.
