【摘要】:目的:優(yōu)選黨參干法制粒工藝。方法:以顆粒得率和顆粒脆碎度為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),以細(xì)粉含水量、壓片變頻、制粒變頻、低溫恒溫槽的溫度為考察因素,采用單因素試驗(yàn)考察各因素對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)總評(píng)OD值的影響,并采用效應(yīng)面法預(yù)測(cè)、分析、選取最佳工藝。結(jié)果:最佳干法制粒工藝為壓片變頻為13.5 Hz,制粒變頻為25.0 Hz,低溫恒溫槽溫度為8.0℃。結(jié)論:所選工藝穩(wěn)定、可行、重現(xiàn)性好,可用于黨參顆粒的制粒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to optimize the dry granulation process of Codonopsis pilosula. Methods: taking particle yield and particle brittle degree as evaluation index, taking fine powder water content, pressure sheet frequency conversion, granulation frequency conversion, temperature of low temperature constant temperature tank as the investigation factors, single factor test was used to investigate the influence of each factor on the total OD value of the evaluation index. The effect surface method was used to predict, analyze and select the best technology.
