熱解自活化法制備生物質(zhì)基微孔型活性炭(英文)

【摘要】:提出熱解自活化制備生物質(zhì)基活性炭的新方法,制備過(guò)程不添加任何活化劑。將生物質(zhì)原料置于可密閉反應(yīng)器,在高溫高壓條件下進(jìn)行熱解自活化反應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明,椰子殼是熱解自活化制備微孔型活性炭的最佳原料,選擇活化溫度900℃并保持6 h,制備出了具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀發(fā)達(dá)微孔結(jié)構(gòu)的活性炭,微孔率高達(dá)87.8%,比表面積1 194.4 m~2/g,總孔容積0.528 cm~3/g,碘吸附值1 280 mg/g,亞甲基藍(lán)吸附值315 mg/g。同時(shí),作為電化學(xué)儲(chǔ)能電極材料,比電容可達(dá)258 F/g,而且阻抗小,3 000次充電循環(huán)后比電容仍能保持97.2%。熱解自活化機(jī)理研究表明,生物質(zhì)熱解過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的水蒸氣、二氧化碳和反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的空氣形成了良好的活化氣氛,密閉反應(yīng)器內(nèi)形成的自生壓力促進(jìn)了水蒸氣/二氧化碳與固體炭的活化反應(yīng)速度,明顯提高了微孔率。為了驗(yàn)證熱解自活化法對(duì)其他生物質(zhì)原料的適用性,還選擇了杏核、核桃殼和松木屑作為原料進(jìn)行熱解自活化實(shí)驗(yàn),并制得了高吸附力的活性炭樣品。因此,熱解自活化是一種無(wú)污染、清潔方便、產(chǎn)品得率高的新型活化方法,可產(chǎn)生良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境效益。
[Abstract]:A new method of preparing biomass based activated carbon by pyrolysis and self-activation without adding any activators was proposed. Biomass feedstock was placed in a sealed reactor and pyrolysis self-activation reaction was carried out under high temperature and high pressure. The results showed that coconut shell was the best raw material for the preparation of microporous activated carbon by pyrolysis and self-activation.
