【摘要】：我國當(dāng)前所處的社會形態(tài)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景下可以稱為網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(互聯(lián)網(wǎng)社會),亦可被稱為"高能社會",即一種蘊藏并將激發(fā)巨大社會政治能量的新型社會形態(tài)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會的社會治理發(fā)生了多方面深刻的變化,應(yīng)遵循網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會開放共享、平等協(xié)調(diào)、合作創(chuàng)新、民主法治的客觀規(guī)律和內(nèi)在要求,從整合高能社會優(yōu)勢資源與防控高能社會潛在風(fēng)險、推動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、促進大數(shù)據(jù)的開放共享與高效利用、貫徹落實"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"行動計劃、加快多元社會主體培育與協(xié)同治理機制建立,從法治化、安全化、包容化的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境等多重路徑入手,積極、有效地推進我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)社會的良好治理。
[Abstract]:The current social form of our country can be called network society (Internet society) under the background of the Internet, which can also be called "high-energy society", that is, a new type of society which contains and will stimulate huge social and political energy. The social governance of the network society has undergone profound changes in many aspects. We should follow the objective laws and inherent requirements of open sharing, equality and coordination, cooperation and innovation, democracy and the rule of law in the network society. From integrating high-energy social advantage resources and preventing and controlling potential risks of high-energy society, promoting the innovation and development of Internet technology and its application, promoting big data's open sharing and efficient utilization, and implementing the "Internet" action plan, In order to accelerate the cultivation of multiple social subjects and the establishment of cooperative governance mechanism, we can actively and effectively promote the good governance of our country's Internet society from the multi-path of ruling by law, security and inclusive Internet environment.
