【摘要】：西方傳統(tǒng)的社會(huì)組織是社會(huì)性組織;中國傳統(tǒng)的社會(huì)組織是自然性組織,西方社會(huì)組織管理文化以權(quán)力相對分散、制衡為主要特色;中國社會(huì)組織管理文化以權(quán)利相對集中、以上治下為主要特色。馬克思主義組織管理辯證法認(rèn)為,任何組織管理都是一個(gè)權(quán)力相對分散和權(quán)利相對集中的矛盾統(tǒng)一體,組織管理文化的特色是由組織所處社會(huì)的物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)方式及其建構(gòu)于其上的社會(huì)生活方式?jīng)Q定的,組織管理方式要與社會(huì)物質(zhì)生活方式相適應(yīng),抽象地討論每一種組織管理方式的優(yōu)劣是沒有價(jià)值的。中國共產(chǎn)黨以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo)創(chuàng)造的民主集中制的組織管理原則,融會(huì)了東西方組織管理文化的優(yōu)勢,吸收了人類組織管理文化的精華,是契合當(dāng)下中國社會(huì)實(shí)際情況的現(xiàn)代組織管理原則。
[Abstract]:The traditional social organization of the West is a social organization, the traditional social organization of China is a natural organization, the management culture of the western social organization is characterized by the relative dispersion of power and checks and balances, and the management culture of Chinese social organization is relatively centralized in power. The above rule is the main feature. Marxist dialectics of organizational management holds that any organizational management is a contradictory unity of relative decentralization of power and concentration of rights. The characteristics of organizational management culture are determined by the material production mode of the society in which the organization is located and the way of social life built on it. The organizational management style should be adapted to the social material life style. It is of no value to discuss the merits and demerits of each type of organization and management in an abstract way. The principles of democratic centralism created by the Communist Party of China under the guidance of Marxism have integrated the advantages of the organizational management culture of the East and the West, and absorbed the essence of the human organizational management culture. It is the modern organization management principle which accords with the present Chinese society actual situation.
