【摘要】:目的優(yōu)化化學共沉淀法制備磁性活性炭復合材料的最佳制備條件,確定制備高純度磁性活性炭的主要因素.方法通過控制反應(yīng)溫度、pH值、粉末活性炭不同的投加順序和不同的攪拌條件制備出相應(yīng)的磁性活性炭復合材料;并對所制備的磁性活性炭復合材料進行X射線衍射分析表征(XRD),同時利用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對最佳條件下制備的磁性活性炭材料進行形貌分析.結(jié)果制備磁性活性炭的最佳條件為:機械攪拌、反應(yīng)溫度為70℃、pH值為9及滴加沉淀劑(Na OH)前投加粉末活性炭.結(jié)論反應(yīng)溫度、pH值、粉末活性炭的投加順序及攪拌條件是化學共沉淀法制備磁性活性炭的影響因素.在不同的影響因素下粉末活性炭表面負載磁性物質(zhì)的純度有一定的差別,其中pH值是決定生成高純磁性物質(zhì)的主要因素.
[Abstract]:Objective to optimize the preparation conditions of magnetic activated carbon composites by chemical coprecipitation and to determine the main factors for preparing high purity magnetic activated carbon. Methods the magnetic activated carbon composites were prepared by controlling the reaction temperature and pH value, adding different order of powder activated carbon and different stirring conditions. The magnetic activated carbon composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction, and the morphology of the magnetic activated carbon materials under the optimum conditions was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).
