【摘要】:糠醛是一種價(jià)格低廉、活性較高、取材于植物的化工原料。產(chǎn)物四氫呋喃是工業(yè)上一種重要的有機(jī)合成原料和優(yōu)良溶劑。隨著應(yīng)用化學(xué)和精細(xì)化工的飛速發(fā)展,對(duì)THF的需求也在不斷增長(zhǎng)。我國(guó)THF年需求量超過(guò)萬(wàn)噸,主要依賴進(jìn)口,且價(jià)格呈上升趨勢(shì),因此探求THF的最佳生產(chǎn)工藝是當(dāng)前亟待解決的課題。目前,四氫呋喃的生產(chǎn)主要以石油路線為主,但隨著國(guó)際上石油危機(jī)日益嚴(yán)重,使得該路線的前景不容樂(lè)觀。而取材于植物的糠醛法制四氫呋喃工藝,既避免了石油短缺問(wèn)題,又滿足了人們對(duì)綠色化工的需求。尤其是對(duì)于盛產(chǎn)玉米的吉林省來(lái)說(shuō),有很多的糠醛廠,這使糠醛法生產(chǎn)四氫呋喃項(xiàng)目的研究,具有了深遠(yuǎn)的意義和廣闊的前景。 本文主要研究了糠醛法制四氫呋喃工藝。主要包括兩個(gè)個(gè)部分:糠醛脫羰和呋喃加氫。 第一部分:采用不同浸漬方法制備了一系列不同負(fù)載量負(fù)載型Pd催化劑,利用XRD、BET、SEM、CO2-TPD等技術(shù)手段對(duì)催化劑進(jìn)行了表征,考察了催化劑在糠醛脫羰反應(yīng)中的催化活性,研究了不同催化劑制備條件對(duì)糠醛轉(zhuǎn)化率的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,制備得到的0.4%Pd/γ-Al2O3催化劑,在糠醛脫羰制呋喃反應(yīng)中表現(xiàn)了較高的催化活性。在氫壓為0.08MPa反應(yīng)溫度300℃,氫氣放空量為20ml/min,催化劑裝量為40g時(shí)的反應(yīng)條件下,糠醛轉(zhuǎn)化率轉(zhuǎn)化率約為98%,選擇性約為96%。而且通過(guò)表征分析表明催化劑中催化劑中鈀分布均勻,分散較好,負(fù)載后的催化劑存在堿性活性中心。 第二部分:實(shí)驗(yàn)中采用了Pd/C催化劑,通過(guò)對(duì)呋喃加氫正交試驗(yàn)確定了影響加氫工藝的最主要因素為催化劑用量,并對(duì)影響加氫工藝條件的實(shí)驗(yàn)溫度、實(shí)驗(yàn)壓力、催化劑用量、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、催化劑助劑以及溶劑等因素進(jìn)行了單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)。得到加氫工藝的最佳條件如下: 在反應(yīng)溫度為140℃,反應(yīng)壓力為3MPa,催化劑用量為呋喃的4%(質(zhì)量比),添加1%(體積比)的三乙胺助劑以及乙醇為溶劑的條件下,轉(zhuǎn)化率達(dá)到92%左右,收率達(dá)到90.2%
[Abstract]:Furfural is a kind of chemical raw material with low price and high activity. The product tetrahydrofuran is an important organic synthetic raw material and excellent solvent in industry. With the rapid development of applied chemistry and fine chemical industry, the demand for THF is also increasing. The annual demand of THF in China is more than ten thousand tons, mainly depends on imports, and the price is on the rise. Therefore, it is an urgent task to explore the optimal production technology of THF. At present, the production of tetrahydrofuran is mainly based on the oil route, but with the increasingly serious oil crisis in the world, the prospect of this route is not optimistic. The process of preparing tetrahydrofuran from furfural, which is made from plants, not only avoids the problem of oil shortage, but also meets the demand of green chemical industry. There are many furfural plants in Jilin Province, which makes the research of tetrahydrofuran production by furfural method have far-reaching significance and broad prospect. The process of preparing tetrahydrofuran from furfural was studied in this paper. It mainly includes two parts: decarbonylation of furfural and hydrogenation of furan. Part one: a series of supported PD catalysts were prepared by different impregnation methods. The catalysts were characterized by means of XRDX BETX SEMCO2-TPD. The catalytic activity of the catalysts in decarbonylation of furfural was investigated. The effect of different preparation conditions on furfural conversion was studied. The experimental results showed that the prepared 0.4%Pd/ 緯 -Al 2O 3 catalyst exhibited high catalytic activity in the decarbonylation of furfural to furan. The conversion of furfural is about 98 and the selectivity is about 96 under the conditions of 0.08MPa reaction temperature 300 鈩,
