【摘要】：單純的法律制度解決不了農(nóng)民的法律信仰問(wèn)題,而文化層面的法律具有潛移默化的功能。傳統(tǒng)法律文化對(duì)農(nóng)村法治建設(shè)的影響表現(xiàn)為重禮輕法觀念導(dǎo)致的糾紛依法調(diào)處南、重權(quán)輕法觀念導(dǎo)致的民主法制進(jìn)程滯后、重刑輕民觀念導(dǎo)致的法律親和力低。本文從培育農(nóng)村法律文化應(yīng)挖掘傳統(tǒng)文化,培育現(xiàn)代法治理念;扎實(shí)推進(jìn)普法,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)民法律意識(shí);改善執(zhí)法司法,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)民對(duì)法律的信任等方面對(duì)農(nóng)村法律文化的培育進(jìn)行了論述。
[Abstract]:The simple legal system can not solve the problem of farmers' legal belief, but the culture level law has the function of imperceptible. The influence of traditional legal culture on the construction of rural rule of law shows that disputes caused by the concept of attaching importance to propriety and ignoring law are dealt with in accordance with the law, the process of democracy and legal system caused by the concept of attaching importance to power over law is lagging behind, and the legal affinity caused by the concept of heavy punishment over the people is low. In this paper, we should excavate the traditional culture, cultivate the concept of modern rule of law, promote the popularization of law, strengthen the legal consciousness of farmers, improve the law enforcement and judicature. This paper discusses the cultivation of rural legal culture in the aspects of strengthening farmers' trust in law.
