【摘要】:全氫聚硅氮烷轉(zhuǎn)化法是一種工藝靈活度非常高的制備氧化硅涂層的方法,特別適用于對處理溫度有要求的聚合物基材。綜述了在聚合物薄膜基材上通過全氫聚硅氮烷轉(zhuǎn)化法制備氧化硅阻隔涂層的研究進(jìn)展,簡述了國內(nèi)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并指出了未來的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Full-hydropolysilane conversion is a very flexible method for preparing silicon oxide coatings, which is especially suitable for polymer substrates that require treatment temperature. The progress in the preparation of silica barrier coatings by full hydropolysilane conversion on polymer thin film substrates is reviewed. The current situation of development in China is briefly described, and the development trend in the future is pointed out.
