【摘要】:采用旋轉(zhuǎn)直管澆注法制備A356鋁合金半固態(tài)漿料,在不同澆注溫度和轉(zhuǎn)速下進(jìn)行了系列試驗(yàn),并與直管法進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明,在不同轉(zhuǎn)速條件下,澆注溫度越低,得到的漿料凝固組織晶粒尺寸就越小,顆粒球化程度越高。與直管法相比,同一工藝參數(shù)下,旋轉(zhuǎn)直管法制備的坯料的晶粒更為細(xì)小和圓整,并且隨著旋轉(zhuǎn)速度的增加,可得到理想漿料組織的澆鑄溫度區(qū)間也隨之增大。本實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速為300r/mim時(shí),澆注溫度為670℃也能得到較理想的半固態(tài)凝固組織。
[Abstract]:A356 aluminum alloy semi-solid slurry was prepared by rotating straight tube casting method. A series of experiments were carried out at different pouring temperature and rotation speed, and the results were compared with that of the straight tube method. The results show that the lower the pouring temperature, the smaller the grain size and the higher the degree of spheroidization. Compared with the straight tube method, the grain size of the billet prepared by the rotating straight tube method is smaller and more round than that of the straight tube method, and the casting temperature range of the ideal slurry structure increases with the increase of the rotating speed. Under the experimental conditions, the ideal semi-solid solidification structure can be obtained when the rotational speed is 300r/mim and the pouring temperature is 670 鈩,
