【摘要】：以法治方式治理腐敗是新的科學(xué)反腐敗機(jī)制的體現(xiàn),是全面治理腐敗的重要措施,是當(dāng)前反腐倡廉建設(shè)的應(yīng)然選擇。以法治方式治理腐敗要著力于全面從嚴(yán)治黨、著力于緩解利益沖突、著力于震懾教育效應(yīng)等。同時(shí)以法治方式治理腐敗要堅(jiān)持保障干部清正、廉潔奉公,保證政府清廉、依法行政,保持政治清明、誠(chéng)實(shí)守信等價(jià)值取向。
[Abstract]:Governance of corruption by rule of law is the embodiment of the new scientific anti-corruption mechanism, an important measure to comprehensively control corruption, and a necessary choice for the current construction of anti-corruption. To deal with corruption by the rule of law, we should try to manage the Party strictly in an all-round way, to alleviate the conflict of interest and to deter the educational effect. At the same time, we should insist on ensuring the cadres to be clean, honest and fair, to ensure the government to be clean, to administer according to law, to keep political Pure Brightness, to be honest and trustworthy, and so on.
