【摘要】:民主意識(shí)是人們?cè)谝欢ǖ恼谓?jīng)濟(jì)制度條件下,對(duì)國(guó)家的民主政治、民主權(quán)利以及民主法制制度在觀念中的反映。簡(jiǎn)言之,就是人們對(duì)自己當(dāng)家做主地位的認(rèn)識(shí)。民主意識(shí)具體體現(xiàn)在主體意識(shí)、權(quán)利意識(shí)、參與意識(shí)、平等意識(shí)、監(jiān)督意識(shí)、法治意識(shí)、管理意識(shí)等七個(gè)方面。對(duì)小學(xué)生進(jìn)行民主意識(shí)教育是建設(shè)社會(huì)主義政治文明的基礎(chǔ),是我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展和學(xué)校德育工作的需要,也是小學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的必然要求。 本文通過對(duì)南昌市五所小學(xué)的982名小學(xué)高年級(jí)學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷和訪談?wù){(diào)查,掌握了當(dāng)前小學(xué)生民主意識(shí)的現(xiàn)狀:小學(xué)生的民主主體意識(shí)和民主權(quán)利意識(shí)增強(qiáng),民主參與意識(shí)有所發(fā)展,民主管理意識(shí)開始萌生;但民主平等意識(shí)有待提高,民主監(jiān)督意識(shí)相對(duì)薄弱,,民主法治意識(shí)片面。通過對(duì)教師的問卷與訪談?wù){(diào)查,可以看出當(dāng)前小學(xué)民主意識(shí)教育還存在不少問題:學(xué)校缺乏培養(yǎng)學(xué)生民主意識(shí)的氛圍,教師自身民主意識(shí)有待提高,民主意識(shí)教育理念相對(duì)落后,民主意識(shí)教育的課程實(shí)施缺乏合理性且教學(xué)方法單一、內(nèi)容枯燥。 本文在理論研究和實(shí)際調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了加強(qiáng)小學(xué)生民主意識(shí)教育的對(duì)策建議:在社會(huì)層面,應(yīng)構(gòu)建和諧民主的社會(huì)環(huán)境;在學(xué)校層面,應(yīng)創(chuàng)設(shè)民主的校園氛圍,實(shí)行民主的班級(jí)管理,實(shí)施民主的課堂教學(xué),豐富民主教育的內(nèi)容;在家庭層面,應(yīng)重視家庭的作用?偟膩碚f,應(yīng)將社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭三種力量合為一體,發(fā)揮合力作用,共同促進(jìn)小學(xué)生民主意識(shí)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The democratic consciousness is the reflection of people's democratic politics, democratic rights and democratic legal system under the conditions of certain political and economic systems. In short, it is the people's understanding of their own home position. The democratic consciousness is embodied in the main consciousness, the consciousness of rights and interests, the consciousness of participation, the equality consciousness, the supervision consciousness, and the law. The education of democratic consciousness for primary school students is the basis of building a socialist political civilization, the need for the development of our society and the work of school moral education, and the necessary requirement for the all-round development of primary school students, as well as the seven aspects of the consciousness of management and management consciousness.
Through questionnaires and interviews with 982 primary school students in five primary schools in Nanchang, the present situation of primary school students' awareness of democracy is mastered: Students' consciousness of democracy and democratic rights are enhanced, democratic participation awareness has been developed, and democratic management consciousness begins to germinate; but the awareness of democracy and equality needs to be improved, The consciousness of democratic supervision is relatively weak, and the consciousness of democracy and the rule of law is one-sided. Through the survey of teachers' questionnaire and interview, it can be seen that there are still many problems in the education of democratic consciousness in primary schools: the lack of atmosphere for the cultivation of students' democratic consciousness, the improvement of teachers' own democratic consciousness, the relatively backward concept of democratic consciousness education, and the democratic consciousness teaching. The implementation of education curriculum lacks rationality and teaching method is single and content is boring.
On the basis of theoretical research and practical investigation, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the education of democratic consciousness of primary school students: in the social level, we should build a harmonious and democratic social environment; at the school level, we should create a democratic campus atmosphere, carry out democratic class management, carry out democratic classroom teaching, and enrich the content of democratic education. At the family level, we should attach importance to the role of the family. In general, we should combine the three forces of society, school and family together, play a joint role, and jointly promote the development of the democratic consciousness of primary school students.
