噴霧干燥法制備球形HMX的正交實驗

【摘要】:以丙酮為溶劑,采用L_9(3~4)正交實驗優(yōu)化了噴霧干燥制備球形HMX的工藝條件。利用掃描電鏡(SEM)對優(yōu)化條件下所得的球形HMX進行了表征。采用評分法定量分析了其形貌。結(jié)果表明,球形HMX的最優(yōu)制備條件為:入口溫度70℃,進料速率1.5 mL·min~(-1),噴霧氣體流速473 L·h~(-1),質(zhì)量分數(shù)1.5%。最優(yōu)制備工藝條件下所得HMX顆粒的中值粒徑為997.56 nm,晶型為β型。與HMX原料相比,球形HMX的撞擊感度的特性落高提高28.21 cm。
[Abstract]:Using acetone as solvent, the orthogonal experiment was carried out to optimize the process conditions for the preparation of spherical HMX by spray drying. The spherical HMX obtained under the optimized conditions was characterized by SEM. The morphologies were quantitatively analyzed by scoring method.
